About The Role

Role Location- 75 Dorcas Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205

Role Type- Permanent

Work Schedule- Full-time, 40hrs/week

Note- Business operational hours would need flexibility between 6AM to 11PM, 7 days a week.

This role is responsible for being the first responder to customers communicating with ANZ via Social Media, Live Chat or Internet Banking Secure Mail Channels regarding personal banking or general enquiries and requires the ability to act as a public representative of ANZ. The role requires the ability to resolve customer issues and problem resolution while continuing to drive customer excellence.

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following-
  • Previous frontline Inbound experience desirable or relevant operations experience.
  • Experience working digital/Social Media (also could include personal blogs) and knowledge of Social Best Practice.
    Ability to use initiative and work autonomously in ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organisational, problem solving and planning skills with a track record of achievement in service and quality
  • Strong customer focus - displays passion, drive and responsiveness to meeting customer needs
