About the Role

A true people leader, you will manage our Partnership and Advertising team to source, grow and secure new corporate clients with organisations looking at promoting their products and services to our members. You will plan, develop, deliver and execute the client advertising sales strategy while also developing our people, sales tools and collateral.

Your Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Proactively build strong relationships with corporate clients across the advertising channel
  • Manage the day to day operations of the Partnerships & Advertising team
  • Developing bundles sales packages for large organisations with complex sales strategies
  • Scoping and contacting potential advertising leads, including agencies
  • Converting leads to sales, including cross-selling into sponsorship activity when opportunity presents itself
  • Conduct regular market research of the advertising and sponsorship markets that includes trend, dashboards and market analysis reports to be shared across business
  • Detailed sales tracking and reporting
  • Work with internal business units to identify, scope and document opportunities for you and the team

Your previous experience will include:

  • Previous experience in Media and Advertising sales space
  • People leader with an ability to coach, motivate and develop
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving revenue targets in fast paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Proven abilities in commercial negotiation skills, budgeting capability and financial competency
