Project Coordinator - Customer Interactions (Digital)

An exciting opportunity to join the newly formed Customer Interaction (CI) Product and Projects Team has become available within the National Buying department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a 24 month fixed-term contract.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and delivery of the national CI strategy. Your role will include the ongoing management of a suite of customer-facing digital solutions, whereby you will employ project management frameworks and work with both local and global stakeholders to ensure successful product and project delivery.

Candidates with prior experience in project management and/or digital transformation will be highly regarded.

Selection Criteria

  • 3+ years’ experience within Marketing, Consultancy or relevant field
  • Tertiary education highly regarded
  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination
  • Proven experience using a range of agile project management methodologies
  • Experience using project management tools such as Confluence, Jira, Miro
  • Demonstrated experience with Adobe Experience Manager
  • Understanding of the marketing and CI digital landscape locally and globally
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with various stakeholders

Role Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project team to plan the national CI strategy
  • Assist in the delivery of a series of marketing technology packages into the Australian business
  • Utilise strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with local and global stakeholders
  • Employ Agile project management methodologies to define and develop roadmaps
  • Consider budgets and resources to plan milestones and manage deadlines
  • Translate roadmaps into user stories, to support change with wider CI department
  • Assist with setting targets for product adoption and monitor user acceptance
  • Monitor and oversee User Acceptance Training, User Experience (UX) and testing for local configuration
  • Ensure successful delivery of digital marketing tools into the Australian business
