JOB DESCRIPTION

An exciting opportunity to join the Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator has become available within the National Buying department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a 12 - 24 month fixed term contract.

You will be responsible for supporting the Manager in maintaining and developing successful digital marketing activities such as website management, SEO and EDMs.

What We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will be a digital marketing professional with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to successfully execute various digital campaigns. This role will involve oversight of ALDI’s owned channels (including content and assets), analytics and activity across paid channels.

Selection Criteria

  • 2+ years’ experience within a digital marketing role
  • Demonstrated experience with SEO, digital analytics, EDMs and website management
  • Experience briefing and liaising with digital and creative agencies
  • Strong experience aligning marketing strategy and assets to digital platforms
  • Previous experience with Adobe Stack and MS Office
  • Understanding of social content development highly regarded
  • Ability to scope, plan and complete tasks both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Outstanding organisational skills with a process driven mindset
  • Ability to deliver high quality work within project deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of digital projects within deadlines
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure digital alignment with business initiatives
  • Develop and maintain effective content and assets for all digital platforms including the ALDI Australia website
  • Support the manager in driving SEO performance
  • Create and disseminate effective EDMs
  • Review campaign success through digital analytics
  • Improve the customer journey through analysis of customer website interaction
  • Track project goals and identify risks in collaboration with the Manager
  • Manage the efficient and accurate flow of correspondence and information
This role reports to the Executive Manager - Digital Marketing.
