Responsible for the Scheduling and Administration for a New Contract
Critical Environment | Health Care Experience

The Role

As the Maintenance Planner you are responsible for providing internal and external customer liaison, administrative duties, and 3rd party vendor liaison. This role will also work closely with the Finance Manager to meet financial management and reporting obligations under the contract.

This can be based in Melbourne, CBD


Produce site-specific reports to the agreed format
Ensure timely planning of maintenance requirements by site network and state
Maintain inventory reports and assist in the procurement of inventory
Provide administrative duties
Scheduling of Maintenance activities a
Report weekly on PPM status, Aged Jobs, WiP comprehensive Maintenance, and works
Create and manage a specialist 3rd party vendor contract file.
Assist with metrics and statistics.
Raise and close Purchase Orders

Skills & Experience


Administration & management experience is required
4 Years’ experience withing Facilities Management, Property Management or similar industry
Database management and development
People management skills are essential to build strong interactive teams
Computer literacy is essential - proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point and shows a good understanding of CMMS software and systems
A proven track record in working on own initiative within a busy team
