The Role
We have an opportunity for a Service Administrator to join our BGIS Self Perform team!

This role is based in Melbourne, VIC

Due to the security clearance required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen.


Liaise with the in-house trades team, subcontractors, and managers to support tasks such as reactive allocation, tracking, reporting, and escalating maintenance work orders
Complete the maintenance co-ordination/allocation of tasks such as Planned Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance across multiple service contracts ensuring the successful and complete tasks within the CMMS systems
Ensure the quality of the data and records pertaining to assets and maintenance, keeping records updated
Manage the internal operations support, answering calls from operations centre and client service desk and updating tasks as required
Close out work orders and perform necessary checks to move PO's (purchase orders)


Skills & Experience


General knowledge of maintenance/trade services
Strong customer service orientation across KPI’s and memorable customer experiences
Able to prioritise workload and ensure tasks are completed
High level of computer skills, specifically within Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn new systems
High level in written and verbal communication skills
