The Role

An exciting Facilities Administrator opportunity to work closely with the Account and Finance Leads and provide support in operational and financial deliverables for a key client.

This role is based in Melbourne, VIC

Ensuring BGIS systems and client systems are up-to-date and aligned
Being a point of escalation for vendor related queries
Liaising with vendors ad following up aged invoices and completions of reactive and preventative works
Respond to any invoice related queries from vendors
Coordinate the issuing of monthly PPM tasks and standard POs
Provide administrative support for the Account
Mange the monthly financial transaction activities
Provide finance, procurement and general administration support for the Account

Skills and Experience

Demonstrated experience in a business support capacity, preferably with financial or accounting knowledge
Relevant industry knowledge within contractor service models and integrated service delivery.
Professional communication skills and demonstrated stakeholder management experience
High proficiency in Microsoft Office; particularly Excel
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities
Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach
