Our client is a fast growing multi-discipline law firm located in the Perth CBD. They are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Receptionist / Admin Assistant to handle reception duties as well as provide general administration support to the legal team.

The position will include general reception and administration duties such as:

  • Managing reception - answering telephones and taking messages.
  • Meeting and greeting clients and other visitors.
  • Dealing with incoming mail, outgoing mail and courier and maintaining data spreadsheets.
  • Booking appointments for clients
  • Stationery and amenities ordering
  • Boardroom set up/down for meeting
  • Attending to photocopying, scanning, emails
  • Typing documents for solicitors and form filling
  • Filing and archiving documents
  • Basic accounts duties

This position would suit someone with at least one year experience in a corporate environment The ideal candidate will possess skills and experience which include:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist within a corporate setting
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Accurate typing skills.
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written).

Working hours are 830am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
