Job Summary

We are looking for a customer facing Briefing Program Marketing Manager, APJ . You will be creating, planning and executing customised experiences (in-person and virtual) for our customers, prospects and partners. Your responsibilities include physical day-to-day operations of the center.

Your sphere of collaboration will span Citrix staff, partners and customers - the customer audience addressed will include C – Level, technical and business stakeholders. Your program scope will include coordination of Citrix and partner resources, content generation and execution of planned marketing campaigns. You, and your regional peers will be perceived as the public face of the Citrix Experience Centres.

Job Description

  • Manage briefings: Engage sales to confirm briefings. Strategize and develop custom agendas for customers and partners in the Citrix Experience Center (EC); secure discussion leaders and presenters in support of briefing agendas; communicate briefing objectives to all participants; execute and facilitate briefings.
  • Briefing Content: Coordinate briefing center content (presentations, videos) with various teams to ensure a branded, customized briefing for centers. Help to update briefing presentations on
  • a scheduled basis, assist in driving consistency of messaging across centers. Align content, demos, and customer experience for each briefing.
  • Facilitate: Facilitate and lead briefings with the briefing requestor (sales, partner, customer
  • Administrative responsibilities: Set-up and lead planning calls and pre-brief calls with discussion leaders and briefing requestor; Tasks for in-person and hybrid briefings: printing briefing materials, room set-up, content and presentation management, CX app, arrange catering and customer gifts.
  • Tasks for virtual briefings: set-up video conferencing and customer access to Virtual Briefing Platform.
  • Training and Program Communiation: Train sales new hires, and keep informational program assets updated in SalesIQ, Citrix.com, Backstage, etc.
  • Measurement: Close out briefings with evaluations for sales and customers; track post-briefing revenue impact (expand and accelerate); create reports as needed by management; share “voice of customer” feedback.
  • Drive demand to briefings: Ensuring the executive briefings is part of an integrated marketing plan to accelerate sales cycle / increase pipeline value / create new opportunities.
  • Support enterprise programs: Supporting APJ enterprise marketing activities e.g. Thought Leadership events / newsletters. Working with sales and marketing team on content curation and communication for strategic accounts.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Program management experience: planning, budgeting, communications, metrics
  • Event planning and management experience
  • Ability to work with people across all levels of organisations from C Suite to business to technical IT functions
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Content (written and video) development experience a plus+
  • Understanding of company, partner, and competitive technologies
  • Experience working for or with sales organizations
  • Understanding of field sales model and company organizational structure

Basic Qualifications
  • 10 years work experience in Technology industry
  • Previous experience on managing executive engagement or customer experience centres will be a pre-requisite
  • Experience in a Marketing Communications function
  • Excellent time management, project management and organizational skills
