Our client has asked DFP Recruitment to source a suitably experienced Mobilisation Administrator, for a temporary assignment with the possibility of permeance, based in Victoria Park for an immediate start.

The key duties the successful individual would be responsible for on a day to day basis would be but not limited to:

  • Data entry and compliance checking
  • Liaising with employees to schedule training and medical bookings
  • Follow up on tickets and licences
  • Utilise client systems and internal systems (ERMS/Enable, Rio Tinto, SAP)
  • Organise site access approvals
The skills required for this position are:
  • 1 years’ experience minimum natural resource industry (mining preferred but not essential)
  • Proficiency in MS Office & basic knowledge of Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems will be highly advantageous
