Hours per fortnight

73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.

Duties
  • Review and confirm project deliverables to ensure that the requirements of projects are being delivered in a timely and user friendly manner
  • Development and maintenance of project related documentation and reports including project briefs, management plans, RAID registers and closure reports.
  • Develop communication and consultation strategies to ensure sound knowledge of projects by all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effectively co-ordinate and undertake high level project management over all components of project business plans in order to achieve objectives in a structured and formalised manner.
  • Work collaboratively with all stakeholders in the development and management of project outputs.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to staff associated with and affected by each project.
  • Undertake basic business analysis, requirements gathering and testing of project-related inputs and outputs as required.
  • Perform other duties as envisaged by the assigned classification under the relevant industrial award or agreement and in accordance with the skills, competence and training of the occupant.

Desirable Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary or industry recognised qualifications and expertise in Project Management.
