Dear Candidate,

PF the Job Description for IT Service Management for our most prestigious client.

• Support and work with Internal and External Auditors to ensure completion of all the Audit Activities within the due dates.

• Change management (Review and Approvals ) , Run the CAB, Sending change status reports, approve changes from Service Owner perspective.

• Ensure that servers have the required software to detect the EoS, management of EOS plans and remediation plan tracking.

• Ensure Incident /Problem /Change managements are followed.

• Documenting and maintenance of risk Issues and Action Items packs closure packs, ensure the risks are closed within due dates, produce reports.

• Certificate Management-To ensure all certificates renewed and maintained within the due date.

• Manage workload aligned in agile manner with the platforms to ensure that critical deliverables are met and deadlines achieved.

• Produce or maintain Daily , weekly , monthly status reports

• End to end management of User Access Review processes for the apps under scope.

• Weekly report generation, follow up for remediation plans, patch change management, weekly/ adhoc status reports, presentation of vulnerability positions at weekly tracking forums.

• Ensure that Configuration updates details are maintained as complete, correct and current . Undertake periodic review in conjunction with Audit teams.
