From our fresh produce, grown right on our estate, to our pasta, rustic bread and preserves, it's all house-made and hand-selected by our team of passionate chefs

Qualifications & experience

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Commercial cookery level 2-3 is essential
  • Experience working in a high volume venue

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Able to work across all sections in the kitchen
  • Looking after day to day food preparation and planning/organising work flow for the week
  • Calm under pressure and a clear communicator
  • Running a section competently in a busy kitchen
  • Good understanding of food safety/hygiene procedures
  • Able to assist the head chef with the training and nurturing of junior staff
  • A creative flair and passion for food
