The Strategic Partnerships Executive role reports to the Senior Manager Strategic Partnerships and is part of the Marketing & Communications division of CA ANZ.

You will be responsible for the acquisition of new partnerships and ongoing management of existing partners, providing true value to our members.

The Opportunity

  • Identify and onboard new strategic partnerships that deliver unique benefits and ongoing member value.
  • Select partners based on aligned values and an understanding of key pressure points across the accounting profession.
  • Research and strategically approach prospective partners, creating tailored strategies and proposals that are aligned to our values.
  • Building strong commercially driven relationships with existing and new partners based on an understanding of their objectives and long-term strategic plans.
  • Create retention and engagement strategies that increase the financial returns from the existing corporate partnerships portfolio.
  • Designing and implementing a partner marketing program in line with agreed campaign KPI's.
  • Retention of existing partners ensuring that agreed KPI's are
  • Achieving revenue targets and delivering measurable member value

Need To have

  • 4 years + experience in a partnership/business development role and/or partner marketing function.
  • Experience in B2B business development and building long term strategic relationships/ partnerships.
  • Strong and practical understanding of digital and event marketing.
  • Strategic thinker, gets the big picture and delivers on a vision.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce - desirable
