JOB DESCRIPTION

The role:

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will provide Administrative support to the Sydney branch across the areas of Sales, Rental, Service and Finance of Materials Handling Equipment (Forklifts, Manitous etc).

You will be proactive in your approach to sales support assisting with quotes, proposals and CRM support. You will liaise with clients in regard to rental equipment and processing of orders and contracts. In addition, you will coordinate the logistics of rental equipment to and from client site and ensure returned equipment is reviewed before being released back into stock.

As part of the NSW Office you will be responsible for general administrative tasks for your branch including raising purchase orders, receipt of parts, credit note coordination and any other adhoc duties as required.

About you:

  • Previous work experience within the automotive or service industry will be highly regarded.
  • Technical / mechanical knowledge would be highly advantageous however full training will be provided
  • Strong experienced with MS Office plus CRM skills are essential
  • Outstanding customer services and listening skills to efficiently service our customers
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail skills
