Opportunity for an upbeat, energetic customer service expert to join a friendly and dynamic team on a temporary basis for at least the next 3 months.

Our Client

An opening has arisen for a temporary Customer Service Officer within a large company for at least the next 3 months. This role will be working on a project in their corporate head office based in Macquarie Park.

Description

Duties will include, but not limited to;

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Direct customers to online resources.
  • Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions.
  • Proving administration support
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail

Profile

As an ideal applicant, you will have;

  • Previous experience in a corporate customer service role
  • Outstanding organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication both written and oral
  • Professional in both presentation and manner
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
  • Energy, drive and resilience
  • Strong use of initiative and a proactive nature
