The Manager Adobe Campaign Marketing and Analytics Lead manages and leads the analysis and drives the optimisation priorities for email initiatives across the Adobe Campaign platform. Being responsible for one of the most lucrative marketing channels within Qantas, this role is expected to set performance guidelines and to coordinate marketing efforts with the airline marketing teams to deliver optimal revenue outcomes.

The Manager Adobe Campaign Marketing and Analytics Lead is also responsible for ensuring marketing teams deliver marketing activities accurately, according to strategy and can technically support more complex campaign initiatives. This role is also expected to scope technical requirements of the Adobe Campaign platform and to deliver upgrades and new capabilities to meet business imperatives. This will require managing relationships with Adobe partners and ensuring Qantas is top of mind for Beta tests and new initiatives.

You’ll have:

  • Experience in creating and maintain automated events and triggers within Adobe Campaign

  • Ownership of automated Adobe Campaign process workflows

  • Experience in troubleshooting errors within Adobe Campaign and complex workflows

  • Ownership of AC typologies and ability to create new typology rules

  • Experience importing segments from Adobe Audience Manager into Adobe Campaign

  • Creation of schemas and data tables for complex sends

  • Create general audience flows in Adobe Campaign

  • Experience creating audiences for targeting in campaigns

  • Audience modelling within Adobe Campaign

  • Ability to test audience segments

  • Interpretation of complex data sets
