The opportunity
We are seeking applications from flexible, resilient and strategic professionals to join us in the role of Executive Officer.
Located in the Regulatory Insights and Impact Group, you will join a dynamic team that supports the Executive Director, Regulatory Insights and Impact' responsibilities.

In the role of Executive Officer, you will provide general oversight and support the efficiency and effectiveness of day to day activities for the Executive Director, Regulatory Insights and Impact in their role, and supervise the Executive Assistants as required.

You will be required to undertake a broad range of tasks including, but not limited to:

  • preparing and undertaking research, briefs and presentations
  • supporting workflow management arising from internal and external meetings
  • liaising with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
  • managing or coordinating strategic projects
  • coordinating and quality assuring high level communication in a range of formats. About you
    You have a proven track record of providing high level executive support to a senior manager and effectively supporting the achievement of organisational outcomes. You have exceptional written and oral communication skills and a natural flare for establishing productive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

    Your resilience, positive attitude and ability to collaborate and apply initiative to work effectively both individually and within a team that is subject to competing priorities and change will see you excel in this role.
