Position Summary:
Reporting to the Data Coordination Manager, this role will be responsible in supporting the manager in collating and sourcing data from external sources to inform testing models. This role will use research and analytics in the creation of strategic documents and compiling day-to-day reporting on test site locations and providing situational reports for the executive team.

* Reporting and analysis of high-risk setting outbreaks and testing system. This includes daily reporting on testing numbers and testing sites in Victoria that involve data capture, data entry and data manipulation.
* Perform data validation using data and analytics from various relevant sources
* Compile situational reports for Executive team.
* Prepare data for reporting, meeting and presentations.
* Collect, interpret and record data in accordance with the ICCOM guidelines and standards.
* Provide leadership, guidance and authoritative advice to internal and external stakeholders and prepare and present detailed, comprehensive reports, ministerial briefs, cabinet and agency submissions on complex matters.
* Build and maintain positive relationships across the department and the wider sector to build a user centric culture and to achieve stakeholder alignment. This includes liaison and relationship management with local health services regarding COVID-19 testing.
* Keep accurate and complete records of your work activities in accordance with legislative requirements and the department's records, information security and privacy policies and requirements.
* Demonstrate how the actions and outcomes of this role and work unit impact clients and the department's ability to deliver, or facilitate the delivery of, effective support and services.
* Take utmost care for your own health and safety and for that of others in the workplace by working in accordance with legislative requirements and the department's occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and procedures.
