We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in North Ryde and provide generalist support to our Corporate, Shared Services, Logistics, Customer Solutions and Transformation, Technology & Digital businesses nationally. This role will be parental leave cover for a 9-month period.

The Opportunity

Reporting to our GM Corporate HR & Employee Experience, this opportunity is suitable for an engaging, energetic and experienced HR generalist, passionate about:

  • Partnering with leaders and their teams to support a high performance-culture
  • Ensuring that our HR processes are maintained and aligned to business strategy
  • Provide expertise and support in the areas of performance management, talent selection, onboarding, offboarding and employee relations’
  • Providing values-driven advice and guidance
  • Capturing, collating, interpreting, and presenting actionable people data insights,
  • Continuous Improvement and the streamlining of HR processes and tools
  • Modelling the right habits, behaviours, and mindset
  • Involvement with ad-hoc HR projects

You will be suited to this role if you have:

  • 5+ years hand on generalist advisor/business partner experience supporting diverse client groups,
  • A track record of delivering sustainable value-adding solutions
  • A proven ability of working collaboratively and courageously
  • Highly personable and customer focused
  • A can-do attitude with high levels of emotional intelligence and influencing skills,
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Human Resources, Business or Psychology degree preferred)
