Role Description

To project manage the digital components of TLC Marketing campaigns from start through to completion and provide and excellent, ongoing service to clients, offering guidance and advices that results in successful campaign delivery.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Project Management - Client Facing & Servicing.

  • Take ownership of accounts and ensure delivery against all targets set
  • Project manage the production and development of campaigns from brief to fulfilment and ensure they are delivered on time, to budget and in line with customer service agreements
  • Brief internal departments as appropriate
  • Produce timing schedules for internal and external parties and ensure they are followed or adjusted where necessary
  • To manage input of all campaign and third party information from concept to completion.
  • Provide the optimum level of resources to meet project requirements whilst maximising the profitability of each account
  • Identify key learning’s from campaigns and apply to future campaigns, and share with colleagues
  • Optimise the profitability of campaigns and ensure promotions adhere to legal regulations

The tools required to succeed in the role

Project Management

Considerable experience in managing large scale client facing projects; managing workflows; using available resources to best effect; and monitoring quality

Relationship Building

Practiced in developing effective working relationships with clients and knows how to influence others at all levels resulting in successful outcomes that are mutually beneficial to all parties. Able to build valuable relationships with internal work colleagues; provides support where needed; shares information, knowledge and ideas and treats people with respect


Takes a commercial view when decision making in order to maximise the value to be gained from campaigns. Has an in-depth knowledge of the industry and remains aware of what competitors are doing.
