About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated Admin officer/PA for a contract role within Ford's IT team based in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support IMG IT with a variety of planning and administrative duties that are essential to effective operation.
  • Play a key role in our learning and development program for IMG IT
  • Deliver improved communication throughout IMG IT.
  • Build connections and relationships with IMG IT leadership team and associated stakeholders
  • Perform a variety of planning and administrative duties including task follow up, producing documents and correspondence, taking minutes and other related tasks as required
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of weekly/monthly reports
  • Support IMG IT Learning & Development and Communications through the publication of articles, organizing/facilitating events and related activities
  • -Provide administrative support through calendar management, arranging meetings, organizing travel arrangements, reconciliation and processing of expenses and organizing general events
  • Perform a variety of data collection and analysis activities that require MS Office and collaboration tool skills including Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint creation and Bluescape
