The Administration Officer provides experienced and specialist administrative support to staff and management and provides day-to-day support to the Administration team.

As an Administration Officer team member, you will be providing excellent customer service, responding to inbound queries, processing referrals, purchase orders, invoices, booking personal care shifts, preparing weekly payment run and monthly reporting.

The role is well suited for someone who is adaptable and able to shift priorities at a moment’s notice.

You will have:

  • A passion to serve customers with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Experience leading staff in managing day-to-day work requirements and tasks
  • Ideally experience within training, hospitality, tourism or other customer focused industries
  • Experience in contributing positively to work and team culture
  • Self-motivation and resilience
  • Strong communication skills, verbal, written, listening
  • Well-developed problem solving skills with an ability to follow through to resolution
  • Ability to adapt to an ever changing, fast paced operational environment
  • Proven ability in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
