We also partner with Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as Agile Business Coaches on BCG cases.

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • Experience in Agile and/or coaching and/or Management consulting
  • Consulting mindset, including structured thinking, result-orientation and a relentless drive for impact
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong interest and passion for coaching
  • Exceptionally people-oriented
  • Comfort with travel away from your home city

YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Runs a module (part of the storyline), coaching, creates slides and completes analysis
  • Demonstrates strong structured thinking and planning of their module of work to provide confidence to the client and client partner
  • Creates structured communications for the deliverables of the case
  • Actively coaches more junior consultants in developing and improving their consultant toolkit
  • Coaches managers, tribe leads and product owners in delivering value
  • Utilises project (industry knowledge, specific capability) to engage current clients
  • Collaborates and shares expertise with others in the firm to build firm expertise

YOU WILL NEED TO BE GOOD AT

  • Builds relationships with peers at client and with senior clients
  • Understand what drives value for the client and pragmatically coaches the team towards
  • Proactively and regularly contacts clients to enhance network
  • Is willing to learn, open to new ideas and receptive to feedback
  • Consistently high standard of performance in cohort as recognised by others

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working in or with Agile teams, or equivalent experience helping executives change their mindset
  • Good understanding of business challenges
  • Have coached and/or lead others
  • Experience in financial services, retail or telecommunications industries a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills required, especially in front of teams of people, training or leadership and coaching
