About the role

This role will develop and deliver high quality training programs, workshops and activities that support our new and existing office based staff in using the Client Management System (CMS). The role will focus on updating, facilitating and evaluating the CMS Induction and Training Program including e-Learning and assessment tools.

The role is a Permanent full-time position that may require frequent travel to various CCC Services Centres and connecting with various levels of stakeholders, face to face and virtually.

What you bring

You are a confident facilitator who can deliver creative and innovative blended learning solutions, has a strong knowledge of Adult Education learning principles and a passion for enabling Aged Care/ Disability/Community Sector.

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) (Essential)
  • An aptitude to learn new ICT applications and interest in technology
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal ability to build rapport and productive working relationships with stakeholders and learners
  • Innovative and creative approach to training delivery and resource development
  • Experience using and/or training GoldCare – Client Management Systems and an interest in technology.
  • Experience working in Community Service or Health
  • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
  • Intermediate in Powerpoint and Camtasia experience would be favourable.
