About the role

To Establish and maintain the continuous quality improvement & systems across Calvary Retirement Communities. Working closely with site management and key stakeholders across Calvary Retirement Communities to provide superior and timely support and advice to services to remain compliant to the Aged Care Quality Standards, administer the Commonwealth indicator program and to meet any other relevant quality and safety regulatory requirements.

We currently have on offer a 12 month full time Maximum term contract for an experienced Quality System Administrator. Role can be based out of either our Sydney National office, or our Shared Services office in Cardiff (Newcastle).

What you bring

  • Demonstrated experience in designing, evaluating, planning, managing and implementing organisation-wide continuous quality improvement and related systems
  • Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the legislation governing aged care
  • Experience in process improvement initiatives and change management
  • Commitment to contemporary aged care practice
  • Experience in managing a diverse range of tasks and competing priorities, working with minimal supervision and as a member of a team
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience in assessment and care planning of the older person
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office
  • Current Drivers licence
  • Current influenza immunisation (or willingness to obtain one)
  • An ongoing commitment to work within the Mission, Vision and Values of Calvary Retirement Communities
