Description

As a key member of the ATSICHS Brisbane team, the People & Culture (P&C) Administrator is expected to personally contribute to the shaping and achievement of ATSICHS vision and goals within their own scope. The P&C Administrator will provide three (3) Key Functions

Role Functions

The P&C Administrator will provide a high standard of administration support to the People & Culture function and assist in the coordination of all P&C programs across ATSICHS. This will include: creating and auditing personal files, scanning and filling of confidential files, BlueCard & YellowCard applications, team meeting minutes, creating and maintaining swipe cards, induction packs, reception backfill and general administration support to the wider P&C team.

Organisational Contributions

The P&C Administrator will be responsible for administration services to ensure the P&C function can deliver a high standard of service.

Contribute to the Development of a Flourishing Team

Support fellow staff in a team environment to build collegiality and a sense of belongingness within the team and ATSICHS family. Staff will actively participate in team activities and contribute to a flourishing workplace culture that promotes the ethos and values of ATSICHS Brisbane as a long standing Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation.

Essential

Skills

and Experiences:

Cert III or higher in Business or another related field

Minimum One (1) Years’ Experience In Similar Role

Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite

Effective interpersonal skills including a high standard of customer service skills and a professional phone manner.

Ability to build rapport and strong relationships with employees and external service providers.

Decisive listening, influencing and persuasive skills.

Demonstrated ability to meet targets and performance outcomes.

Working with Children’s Card (Blue Card) or be eligible to apply

Desirable

Experience

working within an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisation.
