About Your New Role

We are currently seeking 1 x Full time & 1 x Casual Front Office Receptionist (called Resident Experience Attendant internally) to join our inaugural team at 36 Lambert Kangaroo Point. If you've got a warm and engaging personality and have a passion to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you, because you'll fit right in!

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service which will include some property management tasks, administration and assisting with the leasing of our apartments.

  • 1 x Full time- 38hrs a week, over a Monday - Saturday roster
  • 1 x Casual, over a Monday - Sunday roster
  • Operate the day-to-day front desk reception area
  • Checking in and out of our residents at the beginning and end of their tenancy
  • Assist with leasing and the ongoing property management of units, including room inspections.
  • Provide general administration support
  • Assist residents with enquiries related to their residency, general needs, lifestyle & local area
  • Liaise with third parties regarding building facilities management including maintenance, contract cleaners, security and other services provided etc.
  • Be an active member of the emergency response team during shift times and after-hours
About you
  • Customer service experience in tourism industry
  • Experience with leasing and property management (highly regarded)
  • QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or the ability to obtain quickly)
  • Experience with StarRez Property Management System (highly regarded)
  • A focus on service and quality with the passion to deliver outstanding experiences
  • Be culturally aware and understanding of different cultures
  • National Police Check required
