About the Position

In the role of Recruitment Officer, you will bring energy, creativity and innovation to recruitment at Anglicare NT and for our external partners. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders while leading the recruitment functions across the organisation.

This role will also be the primary contact for hiring managers within Anglicare NT and relevant partnerships for recruitment-related queries.

To be successful you will possess demonstrated experience in recruitment (minimum of 3 years) with a sound knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices, systems and administration and you must possess drive and energy, with excellent stakeholder engagements skills and an innovative ability to problem solve.
