We are currently seeking to engage qualified fitness professionals to join our team and work within our brand-new Health Club due to open July 2021.

Clublinks has operated The Cut Golf Course at Dawesville, WA on behalf of The Cut Members Board since July 2019. The Cut Golf Course has been consistently ranked in Australia’s top 20 public access courses.

A brand-new facility aptly named "The Cut Above Health Club" is under construction and will be operational in July 2021.

Reporting to the Operations Manager – Health Club & Hospitality, these casual positions will be rostered to work varied hours including opens, closes and weekend work.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service
  • Health Club inductions, consultations, and tours
  • Grow participation and membership of the Health Club
  • Personal training & Group Fitness delivery dependent upon qualifications
  • Sales & Promotions
  • Facility maintenance
  • Workplace Health and Safety

About you?

The successful candidate will have a strong fitness and hospitality background, ideally possess the following skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Relevant & demonstrated industry experience
  • Proven experience in delivering customer service excellence
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Certificate III and IV in Fitness or related tertiary qualification
  • Registration with Fitness Australia
  • Current level 2 First Aid
  • Police Check and Working with Children card
