You will have:

  • Deep understanding of strategy development and highly developed core consulting skills
  • Experience building highly effective teams while developing and guiding junior colleagues
  • Structured problem solving, quantitative research, financial analysis and business process skills
  • Strong Market, Data and Performance analytical skills
  • Experience in the area of data and reporting, including experience with data governance, data maturity, BI reporting, training and data analysis.
  • Proven ability to own and deliver significant work streams in large engagements, applying project management skills in scoping, designing, planning, and implementation
  • The ability to lead research to help inform decision making on commercial strategies
  • The ability to develop and evolve intellectual capital
  • Strong technical skills with a genuine mastery of SQL. You use it day-in, day-out and you dream in joins and unions.
  • You'll have strong experience in any BI or visualisation tools
