JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Client, a mid-sized Managed Services provider, is looking for an additional Service Desk resource for one of their Clients. Due to the ongoing on-site working environment due to COVID restrictions, this role may involve a combination of working remotely and in the office, located fringe Melbourne CBD.

This will initially be a 6 month contract role, commencing in June 2021, with a likely extension if you perform well in the role.

Key Technical skills are as follows:

  • Familiar with most client server technology, networking and desktop applications;
  • Experience supporting common desktop applications;
  • Windows Operating Systems;
  • Office 365 suite;
  • Active Directory;
  • Skype for Business;
  • Sharepoint;
  • Any knowledge of VMWare, Citrix, SCCM, and NetApp Storage also highly desirable.

The right candidate will also need to have and outgoing demeanor, excellent time management and prioritorisation, written and spoken communications skills.

Rate will depend on skills and experience and applicants must:

  1. Have working rights for Australia; and
  2. At least 2 years of local working experience in the same or similar role.
