JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Assistant for our busy client soon relocating to the Somersby area! (Currently based in Hornsby - travel reimbursement available). Full-time, ASAP start position!

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Phone and email correspondence
  • Handle customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Receiving, processing and invoicing sales orders
  • Updating customers on schedule changes and order progress
  • Liaising with internal departments as required for inventory and order management
  • Maintaining customer price lists
  • Monitoring quantities stationery and other office supplies
  • General branch assistance
  • Forklift licence required

To be eligible for the position:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Great attitude and excellent customer-focused mindset
  • Professional phone and email manner
  • Confident and able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders/customers
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
