About the Role

Reporting to the HR Lead, this is a very dynamic and hands on role. You will provide end-to-end support in all phases of the recruitment cycle to support our Head and state offices.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be providing end to end recruitment support for our Head Office and state offices. Some of your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for support roles and some operational roles as required
  • Managing the Intern Recruitment Campaign; initiating and participating in promotional and engagement activities to ensure CW Retail attracts and retains the best talent in the market
  • Working closely with the HR leadership team to develop and implement appropriate attraction strategies and recruitment initiatives to assist with difficult to fill roles and skills shortages
  • Sourcing of candidates through professional networks, web, social media and referrals to ensure we attract the most suitably qualified candidates
  • Creating and developing a talent pipeline for future vacancies
  • Assisting the HR leadership team with the development of employer branding improvements and initiatives
  • Assisting with the implementation and roll out of the new HCM system
  • Providing specialist recruitment advice, support and solutions

Skills & Experience

The successful applicant will have:

  • Proven experience in managing end to end recruitment within a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in talent attraction and designing recruitment advertising
  • Prior experience with talent management/recruitment software, LinkedIn Recruiter would be highly desirable
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources is highly desirable
  • Experience recruiting in the retail pharmacy industry is advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and track multiple roles and candidates
