District 360 is honoured to support a young woman who is moving into her own home after an extensive stay in hospital. She has a dedicated clinical team around her who are committed to her ongoing recovery and wellbeing. District 360 are seeking to employ several support staff who are equally dedicated to the young women’s new life chapter in the community. Ongoing training and support from her clinical team will be part of the community roles.

We are looking for the following personal characteristics and skills.

  • Excellent listening skills
  • Have the ability to reflect on their own work style.
  • Are able to work as a team and willing to put their own ego aside.
  • Be open to learning and putting these learnings in to practice.
  • Are able to put in place and maintain strong boundaries.
  • Have qualifications in community service and / or extensive community services experience.

There are shift times and days available across a 24/7 period that include awake night shifts. These positions are casual with regular shifts. We would expect staff to between 10 -30 hours per week. Part-time positions will be offered after a qualifying period.

Applicants will need to have the following.

  • A current and up to date resume
  • A current NDIS worker screening check (or the ability to fulfill the application process).
  • A current first Aid certificate
  • An acceptable motor car that can used as part of the support (if required) allowances paid.
