Finance Support Officer (Aged Care Administration Officer)

Permanent, full time | Mitcham VIC location

We currently have an exciting employment opportunity for a passionate and experienced Finance Support Officer to join our team at our Home care office in Mitcham. The successful candidate will join our close-knit Eatern team. This position is a permanent full time role and we can provide flexibility for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete administrative and operational tasks in a timely and accurate manner to support the operating capacity of the regional team
  • Provide financial administration and support to the Home Care team - processing and reconciliation of invoices
  • Assist in the coordination of office services to ensure the regional team operates effectively and efficiently
  • Coordinate office services, regularly reviewing regional administrative tasks and prioritising in collaboration with other team members
  • Support the delivery of services by maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of data in the client management system
  • Provide reporting on a range of areas to the Regional Operations Team Leader

What we want from you:

  • TAFE qualifications in Certificate IV or Business Management and/or administration or a related field or equivalent experience
  • High level of computer literacy in all MS office programs
  • Demonstrable experience in working within a busy team and performing a variety of administration tasks
  • Demonstrates good written communication skills, has high attention to detail along with strong financial knowledge
  • Demonstrates knowledge and experience in office protocol and display strong initiative and excellent time management skills.
