The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Internal Communications Adviser to work with the Communications team in the Corporate Affairs Department to develop, implement and evaluate dynamic, creative, high quality, timely, engaging internal communications activities for the whole organisation.

A core part of the role is to provide proactive business partner support to the organisation’s internal communications requirements and to encourage the effective use of internal communications tools to engage all staff across multiple locations and services as well as provide strategic advice and deliver communications on critical work programs such safety and the enterprise agreement.

About you

The successful applicant will possess tertiary experience in a relevant field, have excellent written and verbal communication and time management skills. Applicants must also have extensive relevant experience in internal communications, including developing and rolling out internal communication strategies, publications and promotional material across multiple channels (printed, video, digital), working with content management systems, intranets and e-newsletters.
