Currently their Accommodation and Respite Services and Lifestyles Support Services are experiencing high growth and now require the skillset of an experienced and dedicated Senior Talent Acquisition Administrator to support the Talent Acquisition Team in attracting & recruiting the right-fit talent to meet the current and future needs of the organisation.

What you will be doing in your New Role:

  • Place job advertisements on various job boards, including social media sites.
  • Preparing salary packaging documentation.
  • Prepare employment contracts for approval and distribution to successful applicants.
  • Coordinate and follow-up on candidate referrals
  • Establish and maintain employees' files
  • Maintain up-to-date employee information
  • Take general enquires from existing or potential candidates
