Quality Business Partner (Clinical)

  • Support a small portfolio of residential aged care services
  • Fixed term 12-month contract (full time hours)
  • Key partnering role offering autonomy, flexibility and the travel to our metro and regional sites

The Role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Business Partner with clinical expertise to join us in supporting our Residential Services Team. As a Quality Business Partner, you will implement Benetas’ Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure that we deliver positive, enjoyable, fulfilling and safe services through excellence in care and service delivery. You role will also see you drive a culture of continual quality improvement, good governance and operating efficiencies as well as the ongoing maintenance of our organisation-wide compliance and accreditation requirements.

If you are a nurse or clinician with significant experience in quality management, clinical leadership, and coaching, this is the ideal opportunity to expand your career in quality, risk, and governance.

To thrive in this role you will have:

  • Experience implementing and monitoring quality management systems and assurance programs within residential aged care
  • A current AHPRA registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse or Allied Health clinician
  • A good understanding of aged care standards and compliance frameworks
  • Highly developed analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills with the ability to write reports and present to stakeholders
  • Highly developed coaching and leadership skills
  • Experience using risk management software/systems, preferably Riskman
  • Quality Assessor experience is highly desirable as are qualifications in Quality Management Systems (ISO9001) or Lead Auditor – Quality Management Systems
