BARC Aquatic Education Team Leader

Position overview

This is a full-time position based in Bairnsdale. Part time arrangements will be considered, please mention in your cover letter your preference.

The purpose of the role is to oversee the day to day operations of the swim school and schools swimming program.

What you will need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience as a swimming teacher or in swim school programming.
  • Ability to liaise with all staff, customers and suppliers in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence.
  • Ability to lead and develop staff to deliver the highest quality aquatic programs.
  • Ability to plan, implement, and deliver innovative programs which complement existing program offerings.

The successful applicant will be required to undertake a current Police Check and Working with Children Check. Applicants for this position must be legally entitled to work in Australia.
