About the Company:
Our client is a world leader in long-term time-lapse system, a hardware and software service solution used by hundreds of photographers around the world. They are continually expanding and opened international offices in Dubai and in the USA. To meet the growing demands, they are looking for a hands-on Production Manager to join their team.

About the Role:
Reporting to the General Manager, this high-calibre individual will lead all production functions to achieve key production and financial targets, ensuring profitability of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop and inspire the engineering team across production quality and engineering.
  • Support all activities of the engineering team to improve output quality and performance.
  • Manage site operation costs and budgets to ensure value and benefit to the business.
  • Maintain, implement and monitor all continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience leading a production team within the engineering or Technology manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate outcomes within tight time frames.
