Blue Care are inviting applications for the role of Project Officer, working as part of our central Hospitality Services team on several upcoming project roll outs.

This is a full time maximum term contract until December 2022.

You will work collaboratively with key Blue Care stakeholders to analyse the current business process environment, develop change and transition management activities required to meet endorsed business/project objectives and embed the identified changes into operational work processes, policies and practices.

You’ll be accountable for supporting project timeline, build of implementation plan and embedding systems toBlue Care managers and employees to improve service outcomes, as well as working closely with your team Coordinator to support wider organisational projects.

You’ll demonstrate:

  • Sound understanding of project management processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in organisational change and/or transition management activities.
  • Ability to use appropriate tools to document Change Management Plan and establish priorities.
  • Experience in developing training material and delivering training to stakeholders/end users on operation of business process and system functionality.
  • Understanding of best practice in food, laundry and cleaning services in aged care or other relevant industries and willingness to develop that understanding.
  • Ability to interpret financial and non-financial data and define trends and ratios.

There will be a requirement to travel across Queensland facilities as part of your role.
