espresso is looking for an Influencer and Partnerships Marketer who can lead our partnerships with Influencers and Publications around the world, delivering upon our marketing goals and objectives.
What is espresso?

espresso is an early-stage, high-growth startup. Our first product, the espresso Display, is a category-leading portable monitor that is the best way to leave your office behind and work from anywhere. We have recently set up our global eCommerce operations and are now at a critical growth stage. We live and breathe our products and would love to share the excitement of launching a new product to customers with the right candidate.
Your Role

Are you an ambitious marketer who loves working with influencers and publications on campaigns and are very results-driven?
As an Influencer and Partnerships Marketer, you'll develop and execute our affiliate marketing strategy, partnering with influencers and publications to drive customer acquisition of our products, whilst collecting insights along the way to continuously improve. You’ll be building relationships with influencers across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, as well as publications that cover Tech, Lifestyle, and Travel.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven operative, who can both think strategically about campaigns as well as execute relentlessly to achieve the results required.
Responsibilities will include:

  • Use research, competitive analysis, previous campaigns, and other data to create an effective influencer, PR, and affiliate marketing strategy, and implementation plan.
  • Manage our affiliate program, including incentives and campaigns.
  • Manage all stages of the campaign lifecycle including creating target lists, managing reach outs, and communication, and reporting on KPIs.
  • Refining marketing operations for scale and engage with more influencers.
  • Identify and develop new ways to drive traffic to our website.
  • Completing competitor analyses to identify new opportunities.
  • Keep up to date with emerging trends, campaigns, relevant tech news to help set the influencer strategy.
  • You will assist the growth team to analyse the highest ROI channels and manage the relationships with the superstars on the platform, i.e. Short Circuit https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GdOHOzYt7r4
  • Building and maintaining relationships with journalists locally and globally and working with them to curate content for their publications.
  • Mass Cold outreach to publications on all forms of socials to begin the communication with them to strategize product and company features on their channel.

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in an agency, marketing, business development, sales, or social media management role.
  • Previous experience working with influencers and have a passion for influencer marketing.
  • eCommerce, affiliate marketing, and consumer experience highly preferred.
  • Ability to onboard and manage influencers.
  • Good knowledge of the social media marketing industry.
  • Outstanding project management skills.
  • Great copywriting skills.
  • Track record in outreach and campaign strategies.
  • Industry knowledge on influencer pricing.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Critical thinker with strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • No quit attitude - ability to overcome challenges and get the job done.
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment, take ownership of responsibility, and know when to ask for help.
  • Have an understanding and familiarity with technology products.
  • Experience with a high growth company preferred.
