About the Role:
We are currently seeking a full-time Mobile Patrols Manager with proven security industry experience within the mobile patrols environment to lead and manage a large team of mobile patrol officers.

The Mobile Patrols Manager is a challenging and rewarding role, which requires outstanding time management skills and the desire to deliver a premium service to our reputable clients across the Sydney Metropolitan and Regional areas.

The primary functions of the role include, but not limited to:

  • Lead and manage the Mobile Patrols Division.
  • Ensure compliance of all Mobile Patrol Officers.
  • Ensure all designated patrol runs are being completed as per client KPI’s and requirements.
  • Manage the company's fleet of patrol vehicles.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely daily reports and statistical data to senior management.
  • Customer liaison and assistance with all enquiries.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues.

What we are looking for:
To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience and appropriate certifications within the following areas:

  • Relevant experience within the Security industry.
  • Current and valid NSW Driver’s Licence.
  • Current and valid NSW 1AC Security Licence.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within mobile patrols.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and write detailed reports.
  • Experience with the Uniguard patrol verification system.
  • Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Flexible and available to work 12 hour shifts (including nights and weekends when required).
