JOB DESCRIPTION

Espresso is a fast-growing consumer technology company that creates products that enable you to do your best work, anywhere. We are looking for an Advertising Specialist who has experience using Amazon Seller Central as well as a good understanding of the digital process and social community management to join our team in Barangaroo full-time. We are transitioning to our eCommerce launch, where we will be initially selling through our Website (WooCommerce) as well as Amazon Marketplace in 6 key markets, establishing a global presence. You will lead the management of these platforms with end-to-end ownership, with the assistance of specialized agencies/consultants (Amazon, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads). You will also be the voice for our brand across social media, email marketing, and PR, whilst driving insights back into our user experience and product team.
Responsibilities:

  • Create, optimize, and maintain product listings on all of our eCommerce platforms including WooCommerce and Amazon marketplaces as well as on our Inventory Management System (IMS).
  • Manage inventory count and work with the team to ensure stock is kept stable considering seasonal demands.
  • Advise relevant stakeholders such as executives and clients on advertising campaigns to increase business revenues and target audience.
  • Build and maintain Customer Reviews through Amazon programs such as Vine and Early Reviewer Program, as well as third-party eCommerce services such as TrustPilot, Product Review, etc.
  • Help to deliver and scale espresso’s exceptional customer experience, keep up to date with FAQs, buyer messages on Amazon and external sites.
  • Create and manage PPC campaigns, Sponsored Products campaigns, Sponsored Brands campaigns
  • Post as the brand’s account on social networks being the voice of the brand and being responsible for posts, replies, and general content.
  • Responsible for the growth and maintenance of our community and ensuring that every member has a sense of belonging and ownership.
  • Create and run campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and advocacy.
  • Responsible for member communication via email and other channels.
  • Work alongside external consultants to maximize output from campaigns, press or partnerships or otherwise
  • Supporting ongoing website improvement (alongside external Agency).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Have tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • At least 2-year experience with marketplaces, either selling your own products or for another company.
  • Experience with Amazon, Google, and social PPC & SEM campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Inventory Management Systems (IMS) and eCommerce platforms (WooCommerce/Shopify) preferred.
  • Knowledge of LaunchPad and affiliate programs (i.e. Deal of the Day, Lightning, Coupons, Premium A+ Content, Brand Protection).
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing social and digital creative strategy development, creation and implementation of content plans, and creative product development.
  • Be highly organized, flexible, and able to respond quickly and efficiently to the changing needs of a campaign that has fast response requirements.
