About The Role

The Graduate will contribute to the achievement of the People & Culture Team goals. The role will participate in a broad range of human resource functions, such as:
  • lead talent acquisition,
  • provide research and analysis on a range of related areas,
  • provide support on employee and industrial relations projects,
  • contribute to the continuous improvement of policies, practices and procedures,
  • provide support on employee and industrial relations projects,
  • represent the branch in teams, committees and other projects, and
  • ensure the delivery of quality professional services.
About You

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team and independently to achieve outcomes. You will have experience working cooperatively with others to successfully deliver business solutions.

You will have a tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management and/or Industrial Relations. Additionally, you are motivated and have well developed conceptual, research, analytical and planning and good computer skills. You will have the ability to exercise good judgement in managing confidential and sensitive matters appropriately.
