Programmed Skilled Workforce is a leading provider of managed workforce and training services.

We are currently recruiting for Experienced Track Workers and SME Operators, based in the Pilbara region of WA. Our client is a global leader in the iron ore industry and is recognized for their innovation and development of world class infrastructure and mining assets.

We have positions available for Skilled Track Workers and Machine Operators to join our dynamic, supportive and diverse teams. Positions are available for FIFO or residential candidates with excellent competitive rates for an industry leading rail team.

About Your New Role

  • SME Operators in a rail environment
  • Skilled Track workers
  • Rail maintenance Flashbutt Teams
  • Assist teams in all aspects of rail maintenance and construction
  • Operate in a team environment
  • Prepare and execute planned work
  • Support a positive and safe work place
About You
  • Must hold a current HR Driver's license
  • Must have Cert II in Rail Infrastructure (TLI21315)
  • Previous experience in labouring or operating machines for rail works
  • Works safely and effectively in all aspects of work
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills
  • Enjoys working in a team environment
  • Ability to pass a category 1 medical
Desirable

Qualifications But Not Essential
  • C2 - Slewing Mobile Crane
  • DG - License to perform Dogging
  • EX - Conduct Excavator Operations
  • FEL - Front End Loader
  • CV - Vehicle Loading Crane
  • LF - Fork Lift
  • First Aid Training
