We have an exciting opportunity to join the team in a Limited Term Contract while we kick off some big projects through till December 2021.

About The Opportunity

With a large-scale project happening within Assortment Planning, we are looking for a Merchandise Coordinator to assist our Assortment Planning Implementation Manager with a range of administrative, systems and data lead tasks as well as training and development with our new technologies.

Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure data is managed to optimise Assortment Planning capability
  • Coordinate between Categories and Assortment Planning Implementation Manager to facilitate the efficient deployment of process changes resulting from the Assortment Planning initiative
  • Collaborate with Merch Capability CoE to embed new Assortment Planning processes within designated division
  • Provide weekly standard reports
  • Provide analytical data analysis and reporting support for the Assortment Planning Implementation Manager as required
  • Assist in maintaining data integrity and accuracy
  • Ensure accuracy and maintenance of master data
To be successful in this role
  • You will have experience working with large sets of Data and are experienced with High Volume Data Entry and Data Management
  • An advanced level of skill with Microsoft Excel would be highly advantageous, along with any skills in Data or Programming
  • You have a high level of aptitude when it comes to new technology and can pick up new systems with ease
  • You are a natural communicator and would feel comfortable presenting to large groups of people
  • You work well under pressure, understand how to prioritise your work and work with pace
