The Administration and Accounts Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day management of the office to ensure organisational requirements are met in a timely and professional manner. The role requires excellent organisational and prioritisation skills to ensure that partner’s and colleague’s requirements are met in a timely and professional manner.

The right candidate will have an understanding of basic accounting concepts and experience in handling office administrative duties.

What You’ll do

  • Responding to account receivable and account payable enquiries
  • Collection of outstanding debts from partners
  • Receipting bank payments and ensuring reconciliation
  • Responsible for supplier payment run every 2 weeks.
  • Management of office facilities including booking meeting rooms and organisation of refreshments or catering as required
  • The first point of contact for the accounts queries, responsible for triaging and resolving issues
  • Organising Non-Disclosure Agreements for potential new Partners
  • Purchasing of office supplies such as stationary
  • Organisation of couriers for the business including ordering and printing consignment notes
  • Reception and front of house tasks such as meeting and greeting partners and visitors
  • Requesting and updating pricing information in collaboration with our finance and

products teams

What You’ll bring

  • Strong computer skills including experience in all Microsoft products especially Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Extremely well organized, with an ability to prioritise during busy periods
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Negotiation and conflict management skills
  • Knowledge of accounting principals (desirable)
  • Accounts receivable/debt recovery (desirable)
  • Personable with excellent telephony skills
