As Australia's largest school photography service provider, photographing around 1.3 million pre-school, primary school, and high school students across Australia each year, we pride ourselves on being the biggest and best in the industry.


We are looking for passionate Production Assistants to join our team and help us to transform the School photography experience.


About you

You are a passionate and enthusiastic individual that has a keen eye for detail and impeccable organizational skills that can manage their own workload and work autonomously.


You will have:

  • Proven office management, administrative or coordinator experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop


Your responsibilities

  • Administration/Executive Support
  • Operational office duties
  • You will be engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels so will require exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Point of contact for general company maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, and errands as required.
  • Responsible for developing standards and promoting activities that enhance operational procedures
  • Perform other ad-hoc administration duties as directed.
  • Telephone answering, screen, and direct calls
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Consumable invoicing and some stock control
  • Support to administration, service, and photography teams
